Our goal at Livstrong Pets is to ensure that you are satisfied with your shopping experience and the quality of the products you are purchasing. We accept returns of unopened products up to 45 days after the date of purchase. If you would like to make a return request, please email info@livstrong.ca with your order/invoice number (as quoted in the subject line of your "Order Update" emails), the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
